These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern attendance at Kinbaku Dreams 2025 Camp (“the Event”), hosted by the Organiser (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • “Event”: Kinbaku Dreams 2025 Camp, including all activities, workshops, and associated gatherings.
  • “Organiser”: The entity responsible for planning and delivering the Event.
  • “Attendee”: Any person with a valid ticket who attends the Event.

2. Ticketing and Entry

  1. Tickets are non-refundable after 1 September 2025, except as required by law or at the Organiser’s discretion in documented emergencies. In such cases, a credit may be issued for a future event.
  2. Tickets are transferable only when this is completed via Humanitix (the platform issuing the tickets) or with prior written confirmation of the Organiser.
  3. The Event is strictly 18+ only. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at entry.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person who:
    • Does not comply with these Terms;
    • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
    • Engages in unsafe, disorderly, or antisocial behaviour.
  5. Bag and vehicle searches may be conducted upon entry. These may include a review of glass items and other items outlined within Clause 3. Entry and continued access to the Event are conditional upon compliance with Clause 3.

3. Conduct and Safety

  1. The Event is a Risk Aware Consensual Kink (RACK) space. Attendees acknowledge the nature of the activities and must not participate while impaired. If you cannot drive, you should not tie or be tied.
  2. Consent is paramount. Attendees must act respectfully and obtain clear, affirmative consent for any interaction.
  3. Leave No Trace: Attendees are required to remove all personal waste and leave the campsite clean. Littering is strictly prohibited.
  4. The following items and behaviours are prohibited:
    • Illegal substances and solicitation of such substances;
    • Campfires, fireworks, handheld lasers, flammable items, and flares;
    • Generators, large sound systems, amplified music after main stage closure;
    • Animals (except certified service animals);
    • Large furniture, BBQs, or structures that obstruct communal spaces;
    • Weapons or dangerous items;
    • Political materials, signage, or campaigning;
    • Entering restricted areas (marked or unmarked);
    • Damaging property or equipment;
    • Any discriminatory behaviour, including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or other prejudice.
  5. The campground is BYO alcohol. Excessive quantities are not permitted. All alcohol must be in non-glass containers and not consumed the Event areas.
  6. Attendees must not attend if they are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms.
  7. Attendees are responsible for their own safety. Participation is voluntary. The Organiser accepts no liability except in cases of gross negligence or as required by law.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to evict anyone not abiding by these conditions.

4. Photography and Recording

  1. Private photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas. Attendees must respect posted or announced media rules.
  2. Official photographers and videographers may be present. By attending, you grant the Organiser the right to use your image, likeness, or voice for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. This includes waiving any right to approval or compensation. You release the Organiser from all liability in connection with these uses.
  3. Discreet identifiers (coloured wristbands) are available for attendees who prefer not to be photographed. If you do not wish to be recorded, please request a wristband at registration.

5. Liability and Waiver

  1. Attendees acknowledge that rope activities carry inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against the Organiser, staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue owners for any loss, injury, or damage except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  3. Attendees agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their own actions or omissions.
  4. Attendees agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from imagery that may be captured or published by other attendees.

6. Privacy

  1. The Organiser is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD).
  2. Information collected is used only for event delivery, safety, and communication regarding this event and future events.
  3. Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or to enable event operations under confidentiality.
  4. We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health-related).
  5. Public health authorities may require contact tracing or other records. These will be used solely for health compliance.
  6. You may request access to or correction of your personal data. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.

7. General

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, lineup, or content at any time.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in QLD courts or tribunals.
  3. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

8. Venue Specifics

  1. The Event will be held at a private location near Springbrook National Park, QLD. Full details will be provided to ticket holders.
  2. All attendees must read and agree to the venue’s Holistic Guidelines, this is a requirement of entry.
  3. Vehicle passes, access guidelines, and transfer information will be sent prior to the Event.

9. Website Use

  1. By using the Organiser’s website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You must not use the website for illegal activities or in a way that impairs functionality or violates rights.
  3. All content on the website is owned by the Organiser and may not be reproduced without permission.
  4. We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
  5. We take reasonable steps to secure our website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from malware.
